video by www.giseleveilleux.com http for www.petrescuebyjudy.com Calling on all Foster Homes. Now is the time to become a volunteer. Times are really bad right now in the world of rescue. It’s time for animal lovers throughout the nation to hunker down and help unwanted and orphaned animals in anyway we can. Animal Rescues, Shelters, and Pounds are Full to the Max right now, and every sick animal that comes in, poses a serious threat. We Need FOSTER HOMES. It doesn’t always have to do with donations. Rescues today need volunteers and foster homes like never before. Whatever it is you can do, please contact your local animal rescue, shelter, or pound and ask them what you can do to help.

Filmed during the month of December 2005: Nearly 5 months after Katrina, the animal rescue efforts continue, volunteers are still arriving. These volunteers have traveled from all over the world, enduring extreme heat and humidity, living in primitive conditions, traveling at their own expense, leaving jobs and family to help us. These are the angels, animal guardian angels, who are responsible for saving the lives of thousands of animals. Thank you, and thanks to those, unable to travel here, who have contributed to our efforts with donations, much needed encouragement and prayers. We could not have done it without you. I thank you on behalf of all the peaceful animals, the silent ones who had no choice and were left behind.
